Vice-Provost (Faculty) - Kim Dej , Acting
The Vice-Provost (Faculty) is responsible for developing and coordinating policies and practices with respect to undergraduate education.

Associate Vice-President (Equity & Inclusion) - Arig al Shaibah
The Equity and Inclusion Office (EIO) is a central resource where expertise is proactively drawn upon by administrators, faculty, staff, and students: to advance unit-specific and institutional equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility goals.

Vice-Provost (International Affairs) - Peter Mascher
The Office of International Affairs is responsible for the development and realization of our Global Engagement Strategy. They build international institutional partnerships and advise and support McMaster faculty and staff with creating opportunities for international activities and collaborations.
Vice-Provost & Dean (Graduate Studies) - Doug Welch
The Dean of Graduate Studies provides the leadership and support for all graduate programs and is responsible for maintaining and improving the standards and policies of graduate scholarship within the University. Responsibilities include chairing the Graduate Council and acting as its voice in Senate, organizing doctoral dissertation defenses and selecting external examiners, and ensuring the integrity and efficient operation of the graduate registry including admissions and graduate student academic records.
